Yes, we’ve gone back to the original research that was undertaken at the very beginning of the MCN, and identified THREE core areas that we will be delivering against.
And this is what they are:

Create a Future – here you will find a range of resources that are aimed at helping you achieve your full career or business potential and maintain independent, professional lives alongside military life, including signposting to organisations that can help, learning & development opportunities to support your upskilling (free and discounted), business advice & support, inspirational stories and much more.
2. Improve your Wellbeing – resources in this section are designed to help you address matters of the heart, such as family and financial concerns, emotional and physical health, including signposting to organisations that offer advice & support, top tips, and personal stories & insights that will inspire you to make changes in your own life.
3. Meet New People – here you will discover a mix of virtual and physical opportunities to connect with new people, grow your network – professional and social - and build meaningful relationships that could last a lifetime, and of course, learn something new along the way!
You will also have quick access to your personal MCN Account as well as a direct link to manage your hot desk bookings if you are also one of our Hub Members.
And of course, if you run your own business, you still have the opportunity to advertise it for free to everyone in the network and beyond in our amazing online Business Directory!

The new Members Area will launch at the end of January/beginning of February, and we promise you, it won’t just be a load of empty sweet jars on the MCN shelves!
We’ve been working really hard these last few months, creating some fantastic new resources for you and we’ve had some great contributions from our members too. We’ve also negotiated some super deals for you with top-class training providers; caught up with lots of different organisations to understand what they do, and how they can help you so we can provide you with meaningful insights to help you navigate your way through the plethora of organisations that are out there.
We’ve got case studies, blogs, top tips, podcasts and more – catering to every learning style and preference. And we’ve got lots more lined up as this will be a resource area that continues to grow.

We’re now opening up our membership to the spouses & partners of military veterans and reservists too as we recognise that the impact of military life continues well after your partner has stopped serving. We want the MCN to be a community for life, always available to you wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

Remember, you can only access our Members Area if you are a member of the MCN. The same goes for any discounts or free opportunities we negotiate on behalf of our members.
