Military Coworking Network Evaluation Final Report by the Charity Spark

As a part of our award from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, the Charity Spark were commissioned to evaluate our impact, focusing on elements funded by a continuation grant that is running from 2024 to 2026. This final report covers the entire project, and builds on the interim evaluation report submitted in June 2025. The report finds that MCN membership helps reduce loneliness, supports military partners to maintain their careers through postings, and supports Armed Forces retention by improving family wellbeing. Demand for both physical MCN Hubs and the Online offer is clear, and this evaluation highlights the benefits of expanding the MCN offer to support more military families.
