About the Event
During this session Yvonne Dodd, NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping (EFT), & Mindfulness Practitioner, and Rapid Release Therapist, will be looking at the following:
- Our belief system – what it is and how it evolves
- How our beliefs impact our identity, our behaviours, our successes and our failures!
- What we can do to shake off limiting beliefs and create a whole new belief system for ourselves, independent of other influences or influencers
- What we can do to start making real changes in our lives.
Yvonne has been a Social Worker now for over 20 years. In this capacity she has worked with and supported numerous individuals who have experienced severe trauma, adverse childhood experiences, substance misuse and mental health issues.
Three years ago, she embarked on a self-development. She is now a qualified Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, Hypnotherapist, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT & Mindfulness Practitioner, and Rapid Release Therapist.
She uses these skills to work with women on a 1-to-1 basis, through Group Coaching, or via online workshops to help them to achieve their professional, personal and health goals.
